Before
Spray
1. Suggest to use 5HP air compressor with 25 gallon air
tank for your system.
2. Choose a right nozzle size for different viscosity material.
3. Install cup/hose fittings by hands first and then tighten
with wrench lightly. (loose cup by wrench all the time, don’t
loose it by hands)
4. Use a good air regulator (P/N REG-34H) to instead of air
flow control valve (cheater valve), a good air regulator provides
a stable air pressure to your guns which is very important
to get a good fan and atomization while spraying
5. Set up inlet pressure to 40psi (before push trigger) and
rise the pressure for thicker material, if necessary
6. You may need to clean your gun with solvent first
7. Open built-in cheater valve
8. Adjust fluid control knob (which is behind the needle)
to proper position
9. If you spray with pressure pot, adjust proper pressure
to pot, may be 2psi to 10psi for 2 quart pressure pot. 5psi
to 30psi or higher to 2 gallon pressure pot. Pressure can
vary for different viscosity material.
