WARRANTY POLICY

What does include:

Only Warwick Spray Guns are under warranty, accessories are NOT included.

Warwick spray guns are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of manufacture. If, within stated years blow * of original sale, a gun is found to have been defective in material or workmanship at the time it was manufactured, it will be replaced or repaired, at our option, on a no-charge basis.

If requested, the product must be returned to our place of business with original sales invoice, freight prepaid. A new replacement or the repaired product will be shipped via UPS ground freight prepaid.

*Note:
Models 827C, 898C, 827HF, 881H, 828H, 898H, 878S/WB, 903H/G warranty period limited to one (1) year.
Models 904H/WB, 891H, 894H, 878WB warranty period limited to two (2) year.
Models 980H/980WB, 891WB warranty period limited to three (3) year.

What does NOT include:

Damage to any nozzle component caused by any foreign object.
Damage caused by dropping spray guns or parts; any kind of abuse or incorrect repair procedures.
Damage caused by any improper handling, normal wear out, mechanical damage and improper maintenance.
Damage caused by using unusual spray materials.

For guns that we found are abused or damaged by customer, the repair policy below will be applied.

REPAIR SERVICE AND POLICY

Upon request Warwick guns may be returned freight prepaid to our Los Angeles, CA location for normal repair. Guns must be CLEAN; otherwise a $30.00 charge will be incurred.

Repair charge will be $25.00 per gun plus parts (exclude air cap, nozzle and needle kit) plus return UPS freight cost. (Credit card is accepted.)
