REPAIR SERVICE AND POLICY

For end user: You should ALWAYS contact your distributor where you purchased your products for repair service and have them to fill in this RMA form below, we will arragne the repair service for you.

(RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Form ( For Dealer Use Only)

Upon request Warwick guns may be returned freight prepaid to our Los Angeles, CA location for normal repair. Guns must be CLEAN - We DO NOT accept an unclean gun.

Repair charge will be $25.00/hour per gun plus parts (exclude air cap, nozzle and needle kit) plus return UPS freight cost.

End user direct repair service

1. Fill out the RMA Form below, get an RMA # from Warwick and ship the spray gun with the RMA #

 

2. After you receive the RMA # , prepay the $15.00 for return shipping and handling, and ship your spray gun to us.

3. Warwick will exam the problem and give an estimation cost to repair the gun. - $40.00/hour per gun plus parts (exclude air cap, nozzle and needle kit)

4. Once you agree the repair charge, Warwick will send a PayPal bill to you. When we receive the payment we will process the service and ship the gun back within 5 business days.
